Dave Boulanger
Chief Executive Officer
Dave Boulanger is a Canadian-born entrepreneur and engineer with a 40-year track record in product development and manufacturing, scaling fast-growth companies across electronics, healthcare, lighting and industrial products. He has deep operational experience throughout China and Southeast Asia.
He is Chairman of Lighting Technology Group (LTG Lighting + CP Asia) and Speed to Market Limited, and built a $50M Canadian manufacturing base recognised for five consecutive years among Canada's 100 fastest-growing companies. He holds 30+ patents across LED lighting, battery backup, respirator and ventilator technologies.
Dave is an active SME investor and board director focused on technically deep companies with global applications and rapid scalability.

Gloria Zhu
General Manager, China Operations
Gloria Zhu has spent 16 years rising to the forefront of the lighting industry, and holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business. She builds and leads high-performance teams through end-to-end supply chain execution — development, certification, customs, packaging and performance testing.
Her strength is turning a customer's vision into a competitive finished product, leading cross-functional teams past R&D roadblocks along the way. From prototype to pilot to full-scale production, she drives projects forward and delivers on time, to the highest standard of service and quality.

Oliver Maratos
Business Development Director
Oliver Maratos is a seasoned entrepreneur with over 25 years of professional experience managing and operating a diverse range of businesses across many sectors in Europe and Asia. He holds a BSc in Science and a BA (Hons) in Business Management from Crewe & Alsager University.
He has owned and operated digital media companies in the UK, property management and construction companies in Murcia, Spain, and gold mines in South Lombok, Indonesia. He was appointed to senior management positions in several blockchain development and decentralized finance organizations, and is the founder of Asia's biggest sports memorabilia company.
He is actively involved with energy infrastructure, project management, technology and its commercialization throughout the APAC region.

Vice Admiral Alexandros Maratos
Advisor — CP Asia & AEROGRID Program
Vice Admiral Alexandros Maratos served two terms as Director General of NATO's International Hydrographic Organization (IHO) in Monaco, elected in 2002 and re-elected in 2007. He holds Master's degrees in Surveying & Engineering and in Oceanography & Hydrography, and an Honorary PhD from the Aegean University.
A former Professor at the Greek Naval Academy and top graduate of the U.S. Navy SEAL/UDT program, he advises CP Asia and AEROGRID on global deployment strategy, hydrographic integration and emergency-response architecture across coastal, island and marine-adjacent territories.
